4 yearly review – status of review

A statement and directions [2019] FWCFB 361 have been issued regarding the application of the Fair Work Amendment (Repeal of 4 Yearly Reviews and Other Measures) Act 2018 on the Australian Government Industry Award 2016, modern enterprise awards and State reference public sector modern awards.

Interested parties who wish to oppose the provisional view of the Full Bench are invited to file submissions by 4 pm Friday 15 February 2019.
