Have your say and help Australia prepare for the safe arrival of automated vehicles
The National Transport Commission is currently consulting on the details of a new national law to regulate automated vehicles once they are commercially deployed on our roads, known as ‘in service’.
To support consultation, we’ve developed a summary version of the discussion paper and a short video.
Watch our video to learn about the key questions we are asking industry, governments, and the wider community. Please share with your networks and take this opportunity to shape the new national in-service safety law for automated vehicles.
How to get involved
You can provide feedback via a formal written submission, or by responding to questions on topics of interest using the online form.
Consultation closes on Friday 11 December 2020.
