MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Ordinary Members

Ordinary Member refers to companies, persons or other bodies which operates within the Traffic Control Industry. Ordinary Members are typically traffic control, traffic management and traffic planning companies (refer to TMAA Rule 5.2). There are no limitations on the size of the company – our ordinary members range from small businesses to nation-wide companies. TMAA is here to assist businesses of every size across the traffic management industry.

Associate Members

Associate Member refers to organisations, persons, firms, corporations, associations, or institutions carrying on business or having an interest in the Traffic Control Industry that do not meet the criteria for ordinary membership (refer to TMAA Rule 5.4).

• Associate Traffic Controllers: individual traffic controller only.
  
  
• Associate Suppliers: companies providing products or services businesses to the traffic management industry (e.g., signs, PPE, insurance, financial services).
  
  
• Associate Groups: Council or Government department.
  
  
• Associate Companies / Organisations: industry-related organisations, associations or relevant bodies working strategically with the Traffic Control Industry (e.g., civil firms, training organisations, industry associations).
