Further to our 16 November 2023 General Members Meeting during which the Motion to alter TMAA Rules 6.5, 6.10, 6.13, 7.1, 7.4, 9.5 and 11.7 was presented and unanimously carried by all present Members, we would like to inform you that a rule alteration notification has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission on 28 November 2023.

This notification is published on the TMAA website in line with Regulation 126(1)(b) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009.
