This Strategic Plan reaffirms our unwavering commitment to supporting you—our Members—across every corner of the country. It provides a clear and actionable framework that will guide our efforts over the next three years as we continue to deliver value to our Members and champion the future of the traffic management industry.

Importantly, this Plan has been developed in close consultation with our broad TMAA leadership team—including our National Board, State Chairs and Vice Chairs. Their local knowledge, experience, and insight have been instrumental in ensuring that the Plan reflects the needs and priorities of Members on the ground.
